Faster material development using a microcompounder

In order to be able to carry out developments faster and more efficiently, ALLOD’s machine park was recently extended by a micro compounding machine with integrated micro injection moulding machine.

The quantities required for an experimental compound are extremely small. This enables very energy-, raw material- and waste-saving work. New formulations can be produced and tested extremely quickly. This enables shorter reaction times for our customers in terms of developments and material adjustments.

Due to the installed measuring facilities, rheological data can be determined directly in the process. A mixture can be compounded and evaluated within a few minutes.
