Apprenticeship & studies
Apprenticeship
Our trainees benefit from hands-on training in a dynamic environment that fosters teamwork and personal development. In addition to focusing on professional skills in day-to-day business, we also offer various opportunities to gain additional qualifications.

Examples include:
- The trainee training program organized by Kunststoffnetzwerk Franken e.V. (KNF), where trainees from different companies work together on a joint project over several days. The goal is to learn communication and presentation skills as well as support personal development.
- Additional training beyond vocational school as part of the BDS Trainee Academy. In the form of active workshops, competence and knowledge on various current topics are provided once a month.
- We offer our trainees the opportunity to get to know another company in the plastics industry for four weeks as part of an exchange program.

Studies
In addition to apprenticeships, we also offer various opportunities to combine practical experience at ALLOD with academic studies at a university.
For example, we provide students in the plastics field with the opportunity to complete a practical semester with us. In addition, students regularly write their bachelor’s or master’s thesis in cooperation with us.
A cooperative study program or a practice-integrated degree is also possible. During the practical phases, you will work directly in our diverse departments, such as production and process engineering, analytics, research & development, or commercial areas. Students actively support the departments in their day-to-day business and take on challenging projects from the very beginning. The academic part is completed with our partner universities, such as the Nuremberg Institute of Technology Georg Simon Ohm, Ansbach University of Applied Sciences, or Würzburg-Schweinfurt University of Applied Sciences.

Internships/working students section
In cooperation with schools, colleges, and universities, we offer the opportunity to complete internships with us. This allows you to explore your own interests, support your career choice, and gain real professional experience.
Student internships are possible in areas such as production, quality testing (materials laboratory), warehouse logistics, IT, or administrative departments.
University internships and practical semesters are particularly available in technical or plastics-related fields. We also offer the opportunity to write bachelor’s or master’s theses with us – both in Germany and abroad.
